At RBT Rainbow Behavior Therapy, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive. Our team is dedicated to supporting children with Special needs, including those with autism and other developmental or medical conditions requiring ABA therapy through compassionate, individualized, evidence-based intervention .
Our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), guided and closely supervised by BCBAs and BCaBAs, design therapy plans that build life skills, improve communication, and support independence. Every Behavioral Support plan is rooted in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and centered around your child's unique abilities and goals.
We start with personalized assessments and close collaboration with parents or guardians to understand your child’s strengths, needs, and goals. Based on this, we build targeted therapy plans that focus on:
• Communication and language (e.g., verbal behavior)
• Social interaction and self-initiation
• Self-care , self-management, self-control, and daily living skills
• Sensory regulation
• Replacing maladaptive behaviors with functional alternatives
Sessions are engaging and structured using ABA strategies tied to behavioral functions such as attention-seeking, access to items, avoidance/escape, or automatic reinforcement.
